Expression.
This will be my way out. This is how I get ride of all the pain. I dance. I may suck but it helps, A LOT. I just go with the music tells me. If I feel like spinning I spin. I do what I feel. But it doesn’t help to the point that it’s gone. Stage 2 ? An I really ready ?
